We are a chef-driven, fast-casual concept that believes anything worth doing is worth doing well. Specializing in the crispiest, crunchiest fried chicken you’ve ever had—served alongside seasonal banchan and house made dumplings. We aim to make something that is insanely delicious and approachable—made with love and attention. From the James Beard nominated team behind Harbinger restaurant along Ingersoll Avenue and Little Brother in the heart of Windsor Heights, we are super excited to have found a home for our third concept in historic Beaverdale.
A Gluten-Free Friendly Experience
Did you know our chicken, cauliflower, and all the accompanying cold sides are gluten-free? Our fried chicken utilizes potato starch and corn starch in the breading process, eliminating any concerns about gluten. Additionally, our kitchen takes extra steps to source gluten-free tamari for a majority of our menu! Please note our spicy sauce contains gochujang, a Korean chili paste made through fermentation, which may sometimes include soy or wheat. We recommend our 100% gluten-free guests to enjoy our Honey-Butter Chicken or our signature Dry Rub.
